Commercial Roofing Technician
Position Overview
We are hiring hardworking and dependable Commercial Roofing Technicians to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial roofing systems
- Assist with tear-offs, insulation, and membrane installation
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely
- Perform heat welding and membrane sealing
- Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Work collaboratively with crew members and foremen
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience preferred
- Experience with:
- Single-ply membrane systems
- Heat welding
- Roofing repairs
- Welding experience is a plus
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $18–$35/hour based on experience
